Message: Our facility installed 10 Rinnai tankless heaters in 2002. They caused intermittent problems until our current plumber, Robert Schwachenwald, inspected them in late 2007.  The problems included sudden losses of hot water at crucial times during the day.  Mr. Schwachenwald did a thorough examination of the facilty, and has maintained the Rinnais ever since.  As a result, we have continuous hot water delivery throughout the facility, with nary the slightest interruption.  And the Rinnais are working fine.
